We look forward to welcoming you to
Portland,
OR, to attend the meeting on
“Translational Opportunities for the Heritable
Disorders of Connective Tissue.”
The meeting is hosted by the Shriners Hospital for Children to address the
research needs of affected individuals and
families.
The Coalition for Heritable Disorders of
Connective Tissue, the National Marfan
Foundation, and the International Federation of
Marfan Syndrome Organizations back the goals
that we have set for the meeting.
Participants will hear the newest research
developments in heritable disorders of
connective tissue and will discuss opportunities
and strategies to translate research into
clinical practice.
With the help of participants, the
organizers will prepare a summary of
recommendations to guide translational research
in this area over the next five years.
Please help us to advance translational research
on heritable disorders of connective tissue.
